Job Summary:
Major automotive components manufacturer in Nashville, Tennessee, has an
immediate opening for an experienced Senior Design Engineer for Fuel
Pumps, Washer Pumps, and Solenoids. This position coordinates all
phases of product development including design, testing, analysis, and
project management.
Job Requirements: The
successful candidate will have a 4-year engineering degree (BSEE or BSME)
and at least 10 years of experience designing automotive fuel pumps,
washer pumps and solenoids. Experience using 3D CAD modeling systems
is also required.
Compensation: This
is an executive level position with commensurate salary and relocation

IMPROVEMENT TEAM LEADER

Job Summary:
Major automotive components manufacturer in Nashville, Tennessee has an
immediate opening for an experienced Continuous Improvement Team
Leader. This position leads the lean conversion for the facility,
ensuring standardization of all changes. Accountabilities include
developing design concepts, approve documentation of the design, perform
design analysis, analyze test results, develop and support cost reduction
concepts and activities and support problem analysis, corrective actions
and customer requests.
Job Requirements: The
successful candidate will have a 4-year engineering or technical degree
(Industrial Engineering preferred) as well as a background in lean
manufacturing concepts. Experience with Kaizen, Value Stream
Mapping, Work Combination Tables, Line Balancing and Process Flow also
required.
Compensation: $65k-85k
