Alicia has been a recruiter for Wichita businesses since 1994. She fills all position levels in all industries, from hourly employees to senior executives. Alicia has a degree in Business Management from the University of Texas (summa cum laude). She is an active member of the Rotary Club of Downtown Wichita and serves on the Executive Committee of the Wichita Independent Business Association. Alicia speaks regularly to university and professional groups regarding the local employment market and how to compete successfully for positions with employers.
