Job Summary: Well respected non-profit medical practice in Wichita has an immediate opening for a Chief Financial Officer. The CFO will create, coordinate, and evaluate the financial programs and supporting information systems of the company to include budgeting, tax planning, real-estate, and conservation of assets. Job Requirements: The successful candidate will have an Accounting Degree with a minimum of 10 years accounting experience. Masters Degree and/or CPA strongly preferred. Experience in strategic planning, knowledge of contracting, negotiating and change management is required. A minimum of 5 years experience in health care is also required--non-profit and/or social services is preferred. Compensation: Up to $90k, depending on experience, plus a full benefit package.
